1.  What if I like the dress but its not my size?

We can contact our suppliers to see if the can make the dress for you in your size/color, unfortunately we can not guarantee that they will be able to do so or do this at the same cost. 

2.  How long does a custom made order take?

It takes around 3 weeks, for the dress to be made and ship to South Africa.

3.  What if the dress does not fit perfectly?

We can do minor alterations, at an additional cost.

4.  I don't live in Cape Town, can I still buy or rent dresses?

Sales - We are able to courier dresses across South-Africa, however this will be at your expense.  

Rental - Dresses needs to be picked up at one of our offices, either in Cape Town  or Pretoria.

5.  I live in Pretoria and would like to hire?

Pretoria is only a contact office.  All our dresses are stored in Cape Town, therefore it will take 2/3 weeks for delivery to Pretoria (if available).

6.  I don't know what dress to choice for my body type, can some one help?

 Please contact us, as we have a fashion adviser that would gladly assist you (this service would be an additional cost).
